If you folks don't like my Oxy-Acetylene torch lighting method, you could
always try the technique of the  winner of the engineers charcoal barbeque
pit lighting contest a few years ago.
 The winner used a 5 gallon bucket of liquid Oxygen (LOX) suspended over the
charcoal.
The winners time to full ignition was 3 seconds.
He also vaporized the  charcoal pot in the process.
