[TheForge] fire starting

When my brother and myself was demonstrating at the local pioneer village,
we had to tone down our swearing to a level acceptable to the general
public.  So when there was a scale burn or such we would come out with
"cows, bull, sheep, pigs horses, lambs".  And if it required something a
little stronger it ended with "BILLY GOATS!!!"

A mother returned to the forge after her and her daughter went on from the
forge to see the rest of the village.  She thanked Paul for teaching her
daughter to swear in a more acceptable manner.
