I knew he was going to demonstrate at QuadState and I had to decide if I
wanted
to watch him or Jerry Darnell.

I had the occasion to meet Rick while taking the Don Fogg sword forging
class. He is a great guy, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and a great smith. That was in
99, and since he has developed a LOT of new talent and knowledge...
