Like most of us you resorted to progressively more force. You gots lots 
of company.
Another possible way to get the liner out, though it may well be way too 
late now, after the 100 T press, would be to run some fat arc beads down 
the length of the inside of the liner, messy though.
Sorry about blowing it on your anvil size. If the govt can ignore a 
bunch of zeros so often, why can't I get away ignoring only one? It's 
really nothing after all...p
