*nods*  Indeed.  IIRC, the only way to get ahold of them is through
"news://news.admin.net-abuse.sightings".

Well, for a while, my system was blocked by them.  Heck of a time getting
out of it.  I've got a lot of users, and occasionally, one of them is a
spammer.  Happily, they're quickly noticed and terminated.

That's a very understandable way to approach it, but unfortunately, it
doesn't work on very large userbases -- the support costs for that would
be too high for it to be practical.
