Those nylon bushings should be available at most any spring shop in your area. There are 2 common sizes - 11/16" and 3/4" outside diameter. Just take a sample (or the dimension) and pick up what you need. they can be tapped back into the eye of the spring easily. Don't forget to replace the upper shackle bushing while you are at it.
