No. It is a complete book available for download, text, drawings and all. If
I recall correctly it's a military manual but I may be confusing it with
other military manuals available for downloading.

It's similar to the "Art of Blacksmithing" and others of similar content
down to some of the same drawings. I skimmed through it and saved the URL
but lost it. <sigh>
