[TheForge] cylinder size

I drilled and tapped holes in the external tube and fastened the UHMW from
the inside with flathead  1/4 20 screws I also have some tapped holes so
that as the plastic wears I can put some pressure on it from the outside I
have not needed to use these holes yet though.
