[TheForge] Railing Question.

It was my understanding the 'ladder effect' ruling was on hold for the time being.
I recently finished my first 'cable rail' (all horizontal elements) which appeals to people particularly because it doesn't block any view. In the event the ladder ruling goes into effect this style would become victim as well. This was new construction on ultra-anal mercer island, WA.
