Thank'ee fellers fer the warm welcome.

As somebody speculated, I AM involved, in a way, in a form of "reenacting" -
I am a Cowboy Action Shooter 'n' Calamity Jane is me registered alias with
the Single Action Shooting Society; also a member of the National Congress
of Old West Shootists, a group what's much more toward historical accuracy.
Waz thinkin o' doin "buckskinnin", but ain't much fer a female buckskinner
ta do but play squaw. At least in CAS I get ta shoot A LOT, burn lossa
blackpowder, 'n' razz the fellers! ;-)

The home spread is about 30 miles ESE of Winnipeg, but I work for Manitoba
Hydro in Winnipeg - strangely enough, I work as a designer in the
Engineering Division. (But I don't get to design cannons and steam engines
at work - sob!)
