I'm not sure it's a mistake. From what I've seen, these Acme brand
anvils are not terribly dense -- I've seen them fall on individual's
heads from quite a height, only to see the very same individual up
and walking about a short while later. 

Also, ever notice how while used for many other things, they're never
actually used as striking surface? I suspect that this may be where
Harbor Freight gets their cast iron boat anchors.
