If its in good shape $700 to $800 would be a really good price. I find
that an anvil much bigger than 350# or so is way more than enough for 1
person. Any more than that any you've reached a point of diminishing
return. 


I've got a 326# PW and a 147# PW & I find myself going to the 147
much more often than the big anvil mainly because of the size of the end
of the horn. For delicate scroll work you want a small horn & I'd
much rather use the horn than a cone mandrel.
