Interesting observation, Andy.

I did hear that was one of the tactics of the fraud-meisters. That, and creating their own raving positive feedbacks to lure people into thinking they are dealing with honest folks. Not!

 I'm guessing that both parties to this auction are buddies trying to drive
up the bid. I don't think it's an auction at all until a third party bites
at the bait.
