Yes, the line connection is left handed thread.  If you will note, oxygen 
cylinder and CO2 cylinders, etc... are right handed.  I believe that this 
is so that on oxy-fuel rigs you do not mixup the O2 and Fuel lines/gauges.

However, the valve thread into the neck of the cylinders, regardless of 
whether it is fuel or other gas, is right handed.

Phew!!!! at least this right vs left stuff hasn't turned into a political 
war like it does on some other lists.
