I have a tank vise since we do alot of this. Take a ratchet strap, and use
it to tie the tank to the side of a BIG post with a piece of rubber in
between (A truck bumper will work too in a pinch. Take the handle off the
valve and use a BIG 36" crescent wrench, or a 12" and a big CHEATER bar.
