	If it is in good condition and you are going to use it, I would
	say it is not an unfair price.  If you have to heavily redress
	or rebuild it, it may be high.  I have an absolutely perfect
	106# PW.  I would pay $250 for such an item without hesitation
	if I felt I needed it.  It's not that much money considering it
	ought to last a lifetime and well beyond.
