[TheForge] Welding a whole lotta cast iron

I do quite a bit of welding and I've found out that cast iron is a very
difficult material to weld. I personally would not try to repair the structural
member of a tractor. I would tell the neighbor to take the piece to a
professional and make sure its done right.
