Hi April and Bill,
                   I am just making sure that the collection is still coming
my way this week.  I am leaving for the the event (Warriors and Warlords) on
July 10 Thursday Morning at about 5:00 am.  I am hoping to be all packed by
Wedesday the 9th.  Do you know when the collection will be arriving here?  I
have a arranged for volunteer security guards to watch the collection the
entire that it is on display.

Could you include a copy of the list of unfinished/unclaimed peices with the
collection? I might be able to work on a few while I am at the event.

I am being reinbused for the shipping by the local SCA group.  I will need a
receipt for the charges that you incured shipping it to me.  I will send you
a check for that amount and then have the SCA reinbuse me.

Also...Do you want me to ship it back to you or on to the next person.
