[TheForge] Air hammer return stroke

It would seem the trick would be to get a cylinder with a longer stroke than 
required and to have the upward stroke reverse before it tops out.The basic 
kinyon style hammer requires a 10" stroke cylinder and I have a cylinder with 
a 15"stroke and it is set up so it comes no where near the top or bottom of 
the air cylinder
