Nope.  Cut and paste from his email, just checked and compared again.

Nope.  My ISP reports connecting to concentric.net and getting "550
User Unknown".  Manual telnet to port 25 on one of the concentric.net
MX machines is accepted but replies "550 User Unknown" to "rcpt to:
[email protected]".

Huh.
