[TheForge] Gas Forge "Chuffs"

Sounds like you might have a back pressure problem - either too small an 
opening for the exhaust or flame is running into the forge walls too soon - 
and perhaps this is due to the difference in burner angle you mention - can 
you try  adjusting the burner angle?
