[TheForge] Yater swage blocks

They are similar, but not the same. Also, Centaur blocks are not as heavy
as described in the 2001-2002 catalog.  The two Wally Yater blocks I have
weigh 135 and 145.

He used both angle grinders and die grinders for the cleanup.
