Brian,
Where and when? I can see from your area code that you're from Utah
around Salt Lake city. I'm in Central PA. I'm willing to ship it if
someone willing to foot the bill. Rob Fertner shipped it to me UPS
ground from Kansas(takes about a week)and would cost about $150-200 one
way(we got it shipped a bit cheaper by using a commercial UPS account
that has a 100 package/day discount and shipped it to a commercial
address) I'd like to see it displayed at as many places as possible.
My thoughts on this are to try to schedule its display at a number of
events in a region and save on shipping cost back and forth across the
country. Between now and mid June scheduled events will rule out well
over 50% of the time if you plan on a week for shipping from and to an
event outside the Mid Atlantic area. Faster ways of shipping it but the
cost goes up accordingly. Maybe you'd like to coordinate it's display
later this summer and fall in and around Utah.
Are their other events on the East coast that would like to display the
collection while it's here?
Is there someone in another region of the US that would like to
coordinate getting the collection on display in your area of the
country?
Let me know.

What is the procedure to get the collection for display?
