i have seen this style of anvil before.
that is an euroanvil. see http://euroanvils.net/
the euroanvil is a variant of the habermann style anvil.

the seller also has other items for sale.
119lb New Double Horn Blacksmith Anvil Item # 2300680396

this is also sold by euroanvils.net. the picture on the ebay page is the
exact same picture as on the euroanvils.net web site.

i would dare say that these anvils are made by http://www.branco.cz/ for
the anvils they exports see http://www.branco.cz/anvils.htm

i personally would not leap to the conclusion that the ebay seller and
euroanvils.net are the same person. i base that on the other items the
ebay seller has for sale/auction, also on the ebay seller's choice of
nickname.
