[TheForge] metal lathe

Since I posted, I have found it is a Craftsman AA lathe and a picture of it can
be found at:  http://www.lathes.co.uk/craftsman/page2.html and
http://www.qaccess.net/~john/Page26.html .  Mine is green in color and is one
of the "109-2063" models.
    So now it appears I have to look for a reprint of the manual if it can be
found.  The only real part I need is one gear for the lead screw drive.
