100#  fastest ever was about 150 but generally 140 slowing to 110 when air
depletes (too slow)

3hp and 2 hp compressors in tandem with decoupling valve

Hard to say, working flat out I never run out of air but the hammer does get
slower, working less irons in the forge its fine (but I do need more air)

Mabey Cyl dia  might be another worth while variable to ask?
