I've used translucent green ceramic stain on leaves. Its a thick liquid I
dab on with a cloth then rub off the highlites. It looks great and after 5
years of interior use looks the same as it did when I applied it... except
for the dust ;^)
You can get the stain at most craft/hobby stores like Hobby Lobby or
Michaels. Runs about $1.50 ber bottle and it comes in a variety of colors
including copper.
