True enough.
But if folks can not abide some off topic discussion and leave in a huff
then they are a tad too thin-skinned no matter how talented.
Not trying to start a fight, but I am sure that they all know how to use
the DEL key as well as I.
While not completly analogous to being in a bar, this is simular or
perhaps a business party. Yes most conversations are on teh topic. But
occasionally folks talk other stuff when gathered. If I hear a topic I
either am not comfortable with or I dislike I move away ( use DEL key)
This group is large, talented, varied and sometimes totally screwy, but
it deserves a chance to work. Even off topic items ( with-in reason)
Folks should not leave because they dislike one particular topic. ANd if
some folks start PERSONAL attacks then THEY should be removed and not
force valued members to leave.
Just my 2 cents worth.
