That issue was Volume 11, #1. I believe they can still be ordered through
BookMasters. I have a few copies of these left. Mine aren't for sale,
though... I'll use these last few as thank-you presents for folks who submit
articles to the Hammer's Blow. Yet another good reason to send in those
articles!
