[TheForge] OT spammers and the great bit bucket in the sky

hello;

due to a spammer hammering the network and attempting to
crawl the network i have to temporarily route all ip addesses
in 4.0.0.0/8 to the great bit bucket in the sky. so anyone
on verizon.net/dsl-verizon.net/genuity.net/gte.net/etc if you
attempt to send me private e-mail and it bounces back as rejected
just wait a day or two while i work on getting this spammer shutdown.

summary, if your ip address begins with 4.x.x.x, e-mail sent to
me will be rejected for the present. it is nearly 0600 and i am
crawling off to bed. been at this all yesterday and tonight.
