Be sure to insulate that wonderful shop well.  As to heat I found a local heating and AC guy in my town , invited him to see what I do and asked him to keep an eye open for a used furnace in really good condition.  Yesterday he came by and installed a nice forced air furnace with a AC chiller exchanger (or whatever they call the ac thing) on top in our CNC room and an identical unit in the machine/forging room.  All in trade for a toy I had that he wanted.  Works great!  Will have AC condensers installed soon.  All this was pulled out of a building that was up grading for tax write off and in excellent condition.  Try a AC field installation guy since he is the one saddled with pulling used units and disposing of them.
