        Bill, I'm glad Fred made contact with you for the NEB meet in
May31/June1.  I'll also be setting up the conference.  Look forward to
meeting you(he mentioned you were coming up).
        This is going to be the first time five groups in the Northeast have
come together for a regional conference of sorts, it should prove to be a
nice one as the Hancock Shaker Village is such a beautiful place to hold
such an event.
