If you don't find them in a catalog (McMaster-Carr etc.) and you want more than just a few you might try a local screw machine shop. Some will do small quantities. 

Try Fastenal.com or your local Fastenal store. They will make specials too. A lot of these shops are getting pretty hungry for work these days and may be more interested than they would have been a few years ago.
