[TheForge] forged e-mail headers

About once a day I recvieve email that I evidentally sent to myself, trying to sell myself 
everything from generic viagra to membership of XXX websites - I think this kind of spam is 
becoming, unfortunately, ubiquitous.

A good set of email filters is often the only cure.  You don't stop getting the spam, you just 
don't see it cause it goes right to the trash.
