The "eyes" (metal grommets)  you can do yourself.  You'll need a grommet
kit (2-piece grommets, punch, wood block, and 2-piece grommet setting
tool).  These kits are sold in outdoors (i.e., hunting and camping)
stores, Home Depot, and some fabric shops.  Typically, you use a double
or triple layer of fabric for strength wherever you set a grommet.

Has anyone had any experience buying and using colored canvas? I need a
round 
6' dia. piece of canvas with the eyes on the edges for a project.
