[TheForge] blacksmith DVD and VHS library

This has already been done to combine events making most titles 4 1/2 to 6
hours long with the following exceptions.  Rd7 is only 3 1/2 hour and some
of the later ones that will be two  tapes in a title may be less than 4
hours each.  6 hours is the max I can put on a DVD
