I think I have that same set.  Still looks like new.  I really like the 
regulators,  their the smallest two stage I have seen.  I have been 
trying to figure out who made them for Sears.  Sears used to rebrand a 
lot of Harris, but this doesn't look like any Harris I have seen.  My 
set came in a Craftsman tool box that was fitted for the regulator, 
hoses(still original), additional tips and cutoff attachment.  Came 
complete with a pocket sized hard bound Weldor's guide, and instruction 
maual and can of sears flux (original).    My regulator pressure drops 
when I crack the torch  valves,  but otherwise there is no other creep.
