It is one powerful small hydraulic hammer.  Anschlussleistung (connected
power, wattage -- voltage is a mistranslation) is 23,500 watts or about 32
horsepower.  Most likely here in USA you would need a 35 or 40 horsepower 3
phase motor to run the hydraulic system.  Can't tell for sure from the photo
but the hydraulic supply package looks like a Rexroth unit.  First class
high performance stuff.

Every Schmied (blacksmith) needs one.
