  I saw a bit on tv recently about doctors that are still trying to 
eradicate polio in some African countries. The vaccine has to be kept 
cold right up till it is administered. Quite the feat in some of the 
out of the way places in the world but there are people out there doing 
it. Hats off to them. Here's a link if you want to read the real story.
