i'm not angry, I want my photo back. I will do what I must.
Beyond that, this guy committed wanton acts of fraud and theft.
I could easily let this part go; after all, it was all on credit
cards and will cost me nothing, so who cares, right? Well, for
me not right. I'm not a narrow minded "it's the LAW" sort, but
this is the brand of activity that contributes to a degraded
quality of life for us all. If I let him go, do you wish to
pay for his work? Anyone here wish to make restitution for
the several thousands of dollars he stole? I didn't think so,
but someone WILL pay, and if not him, then the rest of us. I
think it could be helpful, in a micorscopic way, if his friends
see that the victim of his acts got busy and was responsible for
sending him to state prison on very serious felony convictions.
I'm probably giving them too much credit for brains, but hey,
you never know. Fear can work wonders in some folks, even the
	dumbasses at times.

As for my photo: my sweetheart is dead and that was my favorite
photo of her, which is why it was in my wallet. I want it back
and I don't much care if the police have to shoot him dead to
get it. Low life sorts as this guy see a photo in something they
find and don't ever stop to consider what that lousy piece of
paper might mean to someone. Sometimes they mean more than all
	the money in the world.

That is a very kind offer. Gearhart's not that far away. :)
BTW, your shop is veryt nice, what I could see of it from the
outside. Gearhart is a really cute little town. You're very
close to the beach. I could live there, I think.
