        Because the thieving was done in Oregon, the Vancouver cops
        are going to shunt it to them.  That's OK by me; they will
        have the report before COB today, according to Vancouver.
        I am being very active on this because: a) he stole my
        favorite photo of Loida (may she RIP), b) I want to get
        to the witnesses ASAP lest they become forgetful, and c)
        the simple fact that he stole from me really makes me 
        want to see him go to prison.  Had be stolen from me to
        feed his kids, I could forgive that, but he went on a
        "ha ha ha, screw this jamoke" spending spree, and for that
        I'm going to make him cry an ocean of bitter tears.

        I'dve begged off had he shown the smarts to send my wallet
        back to me with photo intact.  I don't cotton to viciousness
        or callous disregard, so now he will taste the fruits of his
        corrupt labor.
