To play the Devils advocate; if I can find any excuse (tariffs or dropped 
tariffs) to raise my prices and You as the consumer will still pay for my goods 
then I will do so to raise my profits. As soon as you stop buying then I will 
drop my prices a bit call it a sale and still make a profit.
I guess I am lucky that I have been paying the same overinflated prices all 
along. The useable steel yard is still charging me 33 cents on the pound. 

Time enough for sleep in the grave.
