Thank you for the reminder about gloves and rotating machinery.  Lets
not
forget, after working around a hot forge, to tuck in those shirt tails
and roll
up (or button) the sleeves before turning on any rotating machine. When
a
hospital lab technician in the Army (in Ethiopia) I had to work on a
poor man who lost an arm in a metal lathe due to a cuff being caught - a
gruesome memory. Also I saw a woman who lost most of her scalp after her
waist long hair became caught in a
lathe - sorry for the graphics but after 35 years my visuals of these
preventable accidents are still vivid.
