Gabriel- it's going good in the new space. Neighbor complaints went down
after we kissed his a$$ a little. "What noise?!?" We had the city out with
the sound meter after his complaint that the bldg was crumbling. We passed
no problem. No one ever said anything about vibration, however... I keep the
big stuff quiet until I show up in the afternoon/evening anyway. Works
better for everyone.
Turns out the old tenant in our bldg had a knock-down, drag out 30 years ago
with the neighbor that culminated in a deliberate spraying of sparks at the
guys vehicle. "Take that!" He was obvisously pissed and now we're paying the
price years later. Good karma from here out, we hope.
