When joining the Rural Smiths of Mid America you get 3 newsletter then
need to resubscribe.
The newsletter is published after 25 pages or so of blacksmithing tips
are ready. They have been coming ore regularly lately. When I first
joined it might have been two years before they needed money again.
They also have monthly meetings in Indiana This group was set up to my
understanding to promote blacksmithing the traditional way. No plasma,
edm tig ect. I am planning on resubscribing. Unfortunately I don't have
the address to mail the money to here at the office.

I gave up the Blacksmith Journal after he went to wood and Iron and then
switched back to iron.
I also used the get the Anvil Mag from California before they went
under. Got word they would be online but cant access that.
Got my renewal notice from Geo Dixon and haven't done anything with that
either.
Been spending all my free time trying to convert 400 hours of blacksmith
video to DVD

All this talk about regional smithin' journals leads me to ask for
recommendations of what else to subscribe to. I'm already getting The
Blacksmith's Journal. I'm really interested in the ones with
techniques, tips, etc. Any suggestions?

BTW I have learned a lot when I web surf to visit the monthly
newsletters of ABANA chapters; especially the Texas ones.
