Actually, it is one bake, but at two different steps. The instructions I
received from the manufacturer says to heat to 250F and hold there for
1hr / inch of thickness. Then raise to 500F and hold the same time.
After that it's the curing at 1000F.
I don't know if my burners can control it that well at the lower temps,
so I was going to try it in my oven for the baking part.
