Dan,

Your pictures look like the pans have flat handles.  So is it 3/8 x 3/4, 3/8
x 1, or am I not seeing it right?

    I think I get them from the same guy.  I use 3/8 for the handle and it
seems to work okay.  Half inch seems to be a bit thick.  The half inch
handle I made had to be realy short so as not to overbalance the pan.
