[TheForge] propane lines

Andy,
A handy idea I saw at a Clifton Ralph class was the forge was on wheels and
the supply hose hung from an articluated arm that allowed the forge to move
about the shop in a limited radius. Cold mornings Clifton would light the
forge and set it in front of the hammer to warm the dies while he had his
morning coffee and smoke.

Subject: [TheForge] propane lines
I'm running propane in 3/4" black iron pipe down the middle of my shop,
about 10' off the floor, with a couple drop-down feeders.
Has anybody out there got a favorite way to set the plumbing up for feeding
a blown forge that they'd like to share? I'm a little afraid of quick
disconnects, but it sure would be nice to move the forge from place to place
according to the job...also looking forward to grilling out in front of the
shop!
Thanks for any ideas,
Andy G.
