There's a series of VCR tapes made by Clifton Ralph that deal exhaustively
with this topic.
I got them from the ABANA library, and haven't used anything but flat dies
and tooling since.
Can't recommend them highly enough- these are great!!
Plus, you get to watch a master work for about six hours...
