[TheForge] propane tanks, again

Hi, this is directed toward Paul Hewitt, since I know he knows the answer.
I have a couple old propane tanks that I want to cut in half- one has the
valve stem taken out, so there's an opening to the inside.
I guess I could build a wrench in about five minutes that would grab the
rest of the valve so I could pull it out, but I'm too lazy so far...
Since it can't build up pressure since the valve is out, what are the
chances that I'll kill myself when I cut it with a Sawzall? Insurance is
paid up...
